Delivery Information

We have a delivery charge of £2.95 for all orders, excluding some big/heavy items which have a surplus postage charged.

Our International delivery rate is from £12.95 – please select your country on the checkout screen to view the delivery costs.

All orders are dispatched as soon as possible, usually within 7 working days. We will contact you if for any reason we are unable to meet this date. If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you and email you when it comes back into stock, with an option to cancel if you prefer.

UK Deliveries are usually expected within 5-7 days.
EU Deliveries are usually expected within 7-10 days.
World Wide deliveries are usually expected within 10-14 days.
Shipping Costs are calculated on the Item page-due to varying weights on larger Items.

Goods damaged in transit to you will be replaced at no cost with free delivery as long as we are informed of this within 3 days of receiving your order.

Please Note: Certain Items can not be returned or refunded, for example pierced earrings for hygiene reasons. All relevant information is displayed on the item pages in question.

Returns

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from LouLou Chic, if for any reason you need to return an Item please ensure it is unused and returned in the original packaging within 7 days.

For any returns we recommend that you use registered post as we can not except any responsibility for lost or damaged Items.
